So very sorry Millie is poorly, hopefully the medication will help her and she will be feeling a lot better very soon.

Thankyou to everyone for your thoughts,  Millie is a sleep at the moment, she is poorly, the vet said she is very pale.  We go back in the morning or sooner if anything changes.  She has managed to eat and take her tablets so thats good.  I would like to give Karen (bluegirl) a big thankyou as i was in such a panic i did not know what to do with Millie, she was in the garden and i noticed her stumbling, so i went out to pick her up and bring her in and her head just slumped in my arms and when i put her down on the floor she did not move.  Its was so frightening, i was not sure whether to leave her on the floor or move her.  My oh is away in the South of France with work but is due home today thankgoodness.  My old girl is such a fighter i just hope she can continue to do so  :luv:.

Oh Wendy what a shock but massive positive thoughts for your girl.

A similar thing happened to my sisters whippet (actually you met in haigh hall once) just before Christmas and I did the emergency run to the vets with him thinking he was not coming home  :'( but like Millie he is a fighter and is still going and enjoying life!  They said they thought he had had some sort of fit or mini stroke so they can recover even when you think they are soooo poorly.

Lots and lots of healing thoughts for Millie.  :luv: :luv:
