I'm so sorry to hear this :'( but please try to stay positive. I think the fact that your vet is going to such lengths to go ahead with the surgery must give some hope that he thinks the outcome may be positive.

I really hope the chest x-ray is clear so the op can go ahead and hopefully put an end to the problem  :luv:
