My 6.5 yr old lab suffers at his time of year with very bad cracked nose. I have tried so many different things, including coconut oil and Manuka honey, but have yet to find anything that works. Trouble is that most gets licked off or washed off in water bowl!

Rub on the coconut oil/ Vaseline/E 45/ lip balm, as much as is necessary, as often as you like. If it is cracked and is raw, an antiseptic cream works fine.

William licks coconut oil off as soon as I put it on him, so I bought some Lintbells Skin Balm at Crufts last week and so far, so good.
