Is this the correct amount of food?

Two weeks ago I rehomed a Cocker. In the morning I give him a Arden Grange chicken and rice dry food. Just enough to cover his bowl. In the evening a similar amount mixed with Chappie wet food. Is this enough?

I'd say it rather depends on the size of the bowl! ;)
What is the recommendation on the packet?
