Title: Email attachment (help required please)

I have an email attachment (pdf) that I can not open. I download it and it asks " open with" and the gives options ie, note book, work, paint, windows media and others. but none work.  any ideas please.
it is the details of an insurance policy that I need.

after much trial and  :badmood: have got it sorted. am much more computer minded than I thought.
