I know im really thick but was exactly does 'BARF' mean? and what sort of food is it?

BARF is raw food.   Meat, Bones and veg.  There are loads of threads on it on here, have a search through and you will find everything you want to know

Stands for Bones And Raw Food, but could describe the feeding of some of it (like tripe)  :005:
