Title: Weight

Hi everyone

Louis is now 14 months and i took him to the vets today for some worming powders.  The girl weighed him while we were there.  He weighs 9.30kg.  I just wondered wether he will grow much more and wether he will get heavier :)   Does this sound like an ok weight?  He is quite petite and he looks and feels healthy enough.  He has been neutered as well so i don't want him to become overweight :rolleyes: but i also don't want him to be underweight.

Hi Gemma, there's no real rules to say he'd be under or over at that weight, if you can feel his ribs a wee bit (they shouldn't be sticking out!) and he's happy and active, he may just be made petite. There's such a variation on this board alone, the next time you are in seeing the vet ask their opinion
