Missing my girl
« on: July 15, 2007, 05:22:31 PM »
My little Scout has been away for her gundog training for 2 weeks now. I am missing her sooooo much despite being busy with the the rest of the gang.

I get regular reports from her trainer says she is doing fine and I am going to see her this week.

Apparently she is calming down well(She is a very excitable little girl >:Dl)  and trying hard. She has settled well over at the trainers and is actually sharing a kennel with her sister. I wonder if they know they are sisters :005:

She is due back here on 26th of July but I am going away to the CLA game fair that weekend so we won't really be reunited until I get back. My daughter who is staying to look after my doggie family will look after her well though.

I can't wait to have her back

Matts (my ex) cocker Dash went away to be trained. He was away for a month and I know Matt really missed him, although my lot kept him amused, but not the same....and it was sooo worth it. He is a super little working dog now and although when we went to pick him up, he took no notice of Matt, just the trainer (which I think hurt Matt a bit ::)) but within a couple of days, Dash only had eyes for Matt again....or me when I did their tea :005:.
So I know its hard, but it will be worth it ;)

Zen Dog...he knows not where he is going, for the ocean will decide. Its not the destination....its the glory of the ride.

she'll be back soon, your half way there now.
But I would miss her as well, she is such a sweetie from her pics.
Bet you try to dogknap her at the weekend?
