When will I be banned from this board?

At what age will Cody no longer be a puppy and therefore I will banned from this board? He is now 10 and a half months old. I have always thought that a spaniel is a puppy up until they are 1 year, although their behaviour says different.

Yes - at 12 months old he's history - in the puppy stakes  

And no Jasper nor Buddy at 7 years don't realise that either; with the way they behave

Charley was ten in January and he is still a baby.  I don't want him to grow up because he's lovely as he is.

Oh poor 'old' Smudge is chancing his paws at 18 months going on 6 then

Ada is 7.5 years old, but she thinks she is only 7 months.

I was at the vets with her on monday, and in the waiting room a man with a collie pup asked how old she was.

7, I said.

to which the man replied: oh, she's only a little older than mine then, he is 3 months.

Me: Yes, a LITTLE, she is 7 YEARS

Dave's only got 2 days to go of being a puppy  ....................... YEYEYEYEYEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have a nice mature sensible dog at last  (as if he's been anything but for the last six month  ) ZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Thanks for the  replies. Yes Trevor, I've followed the antics of Dave very closely over the last few months as he is close to Cody's age. I'm not going to fret over losing my puppy and gaining a dog. After all I think cocker spaniels are pretty much the only dogs that stay puppies for life. Nobody ever told them how to grow up and be a dog, they really are the Peter Pans of the dog world! We ought to celebrate this.
