Congratulations Ben!  You must be very proud of him.

Tilly passed her Bronze Award a few months ago, handled by Emily, who is 8.  They are now working for their Silver Award.  Meeting her friends at Training School is Tilly's highspot of the week - it is lovely to watch her enjoying herself.  I think the Good Citizen's Scheme is great - everyone comments how well-behaved Tilly is and I am sure the GC scheme has a lot to do with this.  Working with her dog has really helped build Emily's confidence too.

Good luck with the Bronze Award.  I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Hi There
Jessie (and Saffi ) both passed their bronze award a couple of weeks ago. I wasn'y sure Jessie would get through as she is pretty poor at walking to heal and also isn't the best stayer around - especially when there are other cute doggies to go an sniff
However we were given a 2nd chance to do the 1 min stay and this time she was great so we passed. Saffi on the otherhand was a dream - no probs and passed with flying colours  :D
Cheers

The Good Puppy citizen award is basically a Puppy socialistaion class, where they learn basic social skills ie:

being handled by strangers
meeting strange adult dogs
learn to sit, down, stand
walking by your side
proving you can groom and care for dog

you can learn more i think at kennel club website

but can't remember address offhand
