At 6:55 when trying to post on a thread I got this reply. I tried a couple of times, but then gave up.  :shades: This may just be down to it being busy?? as I have had this before, but it has worked fine inbetween times.  :D

Had the same problem trying to post again today, which is Sun at 10:15. So decided to go out and back in again, but it wouldn't let me back in with the same message and so I decided to give it a break and it's fine now.  ;)

18:47, just had a problem replying to a thread, the usual message came up -

"Connection Problems

Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later"

It worked the second time I tried

TBH Ian that sounds like a cookie problem rather than a forum issue. If it happens again, delete your COL cookie and start afresh (also delete all your temp internet files) - that usually solves this kind of thing.
