Not sure why I'm posting really
- maybe a problem shared is a problem halved & because I know you're all such good listeners
Since Tinkers OP last year, she's been plodding on quite well really - she recovered fantastically, with only one slight set back sorted by anti inflammatory meds, however..... of late she doesn't seem too good - can't quite put my finger on it & there's no pattern to it but she's got her mum worried
Her breathing's not brilliant but mostly OK & she copes but sometimes ( again, it's happening quite randomly) she's not doing too well at all & on a recent walks, she 'really' seemes to struggle quite badly
She seems to of slowed right down too - some days I take her to the field just over the road, she barely makes it back, slows up & wants to sit
I've also noticed on occasions she's not managing to eat well & the other day she couldn't cope eating a carrot & was choking & had trouble shifting it -
& is sicking food back up
...... there's nothing specific but you know the feeling when something's not right, that's what I've got & when I came in from work, OH said he too thinks 'somethings' not right either
I made an appointment for Monday for my vet but also spoke to specialists at Hythe - she asked me to get her seen sooner, so we're booked in today ( but with a vet who doesn't now her
so not sure how that will work?) & if they think she needs it, then to take her up to Hythe.
I'm just hoping it's a regular type of poorlyness that some meds will help make better
....& just wish she would complain a bit more but bless her, she just still wags her tail
Her appointments at 3pm, so will let you know how she gets on
.....then maybe I can stop worrying too
