Just keep your eye on her poops for the next day or two, she should be OK and the worms should all be gone.  Just watch the kids and puppy licking their faces as best you can.

:020: My black cat was having a cuddle on the bed and turned his bum to me - there was a white, wriggly worm coming out of his pencil sharpener  ph34r

I have to admit in being a bit lax in my worming routine, I tend to do it when I remember, same with my last dog, but I can honestly say that when they are wormed I have never seen any worms, does this mean they didn't have any or would they have been too small to notice. I am quite shocked to hear they were so big :o feel really naive now :embarassed: ph34r

I've never seen any either, my dogs and pups are wormed regular and thankfully have never seen one, even on my litters.

When we got bella she passed a worm despite being wormed by the breeder, thankfully it was a one off.
Not seen any with Molly.

I worked for four doctors once and this lady came in and asked for a appointment and as usual we didn't have any, she then took this paper out of her carrier bag and opened it up and said look this why I need an appointment I passes this this morning, it was the biggest worm I have ever seen it must have been at least 8 inches long and quite thick and it was coiled up on the tissue paper :o

She could have warned me :020: :020: :020:

That's really disgusting! Effective though I'd imagine, did she get an appointment?   :rofl1:

Alfie passed one worm after being wormed in August, the vet said it was normal and there were definitely no more after that, and his was quite a long wiggly one. He'd also been regularly wormed.

The vet did tell me he might pass more for a couple of days but then that should be everything. I too was told no licking faces and to make sure everyone washes their hands thoroughly every time they handle the puppy.
