Looks like a show cocker at the mo, but can be deceptive at this age.  Give it a few more weeks and post another photo!!!!

He is gorgeous  :luv: :luv: :luv: Much younger than 11 weeks imo - I think you may have been a victim of a puppy farm dealer (quite a typical "story")  :-\ However, as long as he is healthy and you are happy, I wouldn't worry too much and make sure you gen up if you ever consider a borther or sister for Chester  ;)
