That's such positive news that the tumor turned out to be benign. I'm
Sure he's in the best of hands with you looking after him.

Yes am so pleased that the foot one was benign  - even though it is being bandaged every other day and will be for a few months there is a chance that the histiocytoma will go on it's own eventually.  The tumor taken off his side was a mast cell tumor but the vet thinks he got wide enough margins so fingers crossed that hadn't spread.  Apparently there is a chance he will get another mast cell  because he obviously is prone to them  but we will be vigilant now we know
