Good news that injury is healing well and starting to eat.  I'm sure he'll be more energetic soon 😊 it's not been that long really - good old rotisserie chicken!!

Thanks everyone - just a final update.

Messi is pretty much back to his old self now.

Very energetic although somewhat impeded by the big plastic cone around his head! I feel his frustration.

Looking forward to a good (but controlled) walk in the country at the weekend.

That is good news  I was going to suggest, perhaps getting a Comfy Collar for Messi, rather than the plastic cone, he will not feel so restricted and still be able to eat and drink with it on
