Rash on tummy ...anyone?

I have noticed Ruby has a red spotty rash o  her tum, wich seems to dry ito flaky ski ad slightly weepig scabs, ot sur eif it is isect, or allergy (or nettle sting etc) ayoe else have this problem. She does rummage i garss etc lookig for voles, her sister who does the same has othig showing at all
