Thankyou, everyone. The vet said he is tender in the abdomen and rather too soon than too late. When he came into the house Louis was up and wagging his tail for him, but his is, and does look so tired. Anthony (vet) agreed for us to see if he makes any progress over the next 24 - 48hrs. It is breaking our hearts. We are hoping that when (if) his tummy upset settles he will brighten up, in my heart I think I know the answer its just so hard to actually let go. The IL 's are popping in to see him later, then yes the phone is being turned off. Louis has actually been wanted to get up on the settee with me for cuddles more than ever this last week, now I know why. He is clingy to me anyway, but been even moreso over the last few days.
