Big hugs for you and Alfie - try to keep your chins up - my son's Springer had a similar lump and after tests and several ops later (cos it came back) he is now fine.  His feathering covers up the bald patch but it was really worrying whilst it was going on and we had several sleepless nights.  Love to you both and lots of positive and healing vibes are being sent your way  :luv: :luv: :luv:
