Any news today?
Is Robbie insured? Uncle's Boxer has been in dog hospital before Xmas after swallowing a ball, nearly lost him, emergency treatment is up in the £1000s, thankfully insured.
Even if you're sure he'll be fine i'd pop him along to the vets, just in case.

Phoned the vet this morning for advice - think she saw the £££££££'s!
Any way, long and short of it, glove probably won't show on an x ray - so he is in the land of nod as we speak having an endoscopy! Better safe than sorry!  ph34r

Awww, so she didn't see the £££'s after all :005:  Glad the glove is out.  Will you be washing and wearing it again? ph34r

So pleased you took him in (and that you saw the glove disappear in the first place....)

Robbie home and feeling a bit sorry for himself! Staggering a bit - and it's not even the weekend yet!! lol  :005:

He has painkillers for a few days, and is to eat small amounts of soft food - but he is ravenous!!! Whining in kitchen!

Any menu ideas?

PS - yes, he's insured - hopefully covered. £150, but better than if they had had to operate!!  ;)

Well, suppose there must be an odd glove kicking about in the field now!!!!  :005:
Mind you, the vet gave me the one she retrieved - so better be careful where i put it!!!!

Scrambled egg is a good idea! Try that next - don't want to give him much - but he is starving - suppose he has not really eaten properly for last 6 days!!!! Thought it was just his way of supporting my new year diet!!!!! lol
