Itching after trim!!

Hello, I have just trimmed Lulu's ears and she now scratches quite a bit.
I know the reason is because of the clipping but her ears do need clipping now and again,
So my question is does anyone know of a powder/cream to stop this itching in the future.
Does anyone else have this problem at clipping time.
