Black spots

Vegas has had 3 black spots on one of his eyelids for a wee while now but today I noticed quite a large one appear just below his lip. Is this something to be concerned about (the hypochondriac in me is screaming skin cancer  ph34r ) or just a normal pigment problem ?

Don't want to have to pay a consultation fee just to be laughed at if at all possible  :005:

I rushed Hamish to the vet with 2 black patches on his testicles, that were pigment :embarassed:. If it's got bigger, or is lumpy or oozy, I'd get it looked at, but could he just hav lost some hair and you are only able to see the pigment now?
