We are back!
And my wallet is a hell of alot lighter!
Well he nearly hit the roof when the vet touched his paw, was crying and struggling to get off the table, which as he pointed out was most unlike Milo, given that usually all he wants to do was be on the table and snog his face off!! ( That's my Mi Mi loves to lick!)
Anyway, there is an entry wound which is red an swollen and pussy...nice.
We have Rimidyl ( yep I know the side effects etc.) and Synulox and hibiscrub, and he is to go back in a few days if it looks no better and they will open it up
It's a bloody grass seed I bet it is
Pesky bloody things
Limited walks, joy oh joy and a collar to stop the licking......I'm in for a fun few days
Nancy had a hissy fit when she realised I was going out without her and she would be alone, so I couldn't leave her I took her to my neighbour, who is a star and took her out for a walk for me, even though I just asked her if she could dog sit her!!
May I had said neighbour is 70+ I brought her back some flowers and she wouldn't take them because she said that having either of my dogs was a pleasure
and that she would have them any time and that by her not taking the flowers that would teach me not to get her anything again, that spending time with my cockers was enough reward
Thanks for all the messages
Hopefully we can get it sorted without having to resort to opening it up, but I didn't like the look on the vets face
EDA and he did have ear mites too
don't you just love this time of year! Grass darts, ear mites, what joy!
