Glaucoma - Update - Bad news

Ruby needs good eye healing thoughts --- thought her eye looked funny this morning and so vet saw me as an emergency. Her eye is ulcerated and vet doesn't know why so if its not better by monday we have to go to leominster to the eye hospital as he doesn't want to take any chances.

It hurts her as well poor love. Its the same eye she got the thorn in last year but he couldn't see anything at all there

There seem to be lits of eye infections around just now. A friend of mine was boasting this week that his two dogs have not been to the vet (apart from jabs) for over three years, then one of them got an eye infection.

Hope Ruby feels better soon.

Its quite worrying really as these things come on so quickly you worry if you'd missed something and their eyes are so fragile at times.

Aww Sounds painful, Hope Ruby's eye is going to be ok. Do you think it's something to do with thorn.
