Belle is a black working Cocker puppy, stolen from her owner's house near Southampton on 27/2/14. The owner has posted on Facebook that they believe Belle may now be in the Taunton area.

How terrible for the poor dog and owners. I hope Belle is found soon.

My friends daughter stopped someone trying to steel a dog that had been tied up outside a shop whilst the owner nipped it to by a paper. 

It doesn't bare thinking about.
