I really feel all of you having this problem  >:( I'd be going literally off my head  >:D

The "it's your equpiment" story seems to be the standard rehearsed line as JaneES has had the same problem and they told her it was her router so she spent £50 on a new one and it's made NO difference.

Regarding the IP address web page. I have something similarfro Telewest and believe there are channels which people connect through, if mine is going slower than normal (rare) I go to that page and try changing the channel I'm connecting through between 1-5.
