Webcam advice please!!

Looking for a bit of advice regarding my webcam, please don't be too technical cos i'm a numpty on the PC  ph34r

I'm on AOL and when the webcam is switched on, i can hear and see Emma but she can't hear me, my son who is also on aol has the same problem. .......is there something we hav'nt done? :-\


.... forgot to say i can hear and see  on Skype, but would prefer using aol  ;)

Do you have skype running in the background?  sometimes the webcam can be allocated to another program, hence it not working on AOL but working on Skype?

Probably not, but just a thought  :005:
