I have been trying to migrate to Sky from Pipex for the last few weeks and I have had nothing but trouble from Sky. Now, two weeks after they offered the service, after setting up the account, taking my payment and being provided with a MAC by me, they are telling me that I can't get broadband at this number, which is very interesting seeing as I have been on it for several years now!
Trying to get someone to explain exactly what is going on is nigh on impossible, so at this present moment in time I would not recommend Sky!!
