Icons on dektop have increased in sie

My icons eg Intenet explore are quite large What have I done to make this happen

You can usually change the size of pages on the internet by pressing Ctrl and the scroll wheel on your mouse to increase or decrease. Try pressing Ctrl 0 and this should return everything to normal default size.
