i have noticed that at shows some dog have letters after their name a few are easy to reconise like jw=jounior warrant
                               ch= champion
but what does" naf taf " ? mean together and separate i have seen these.

Ooooh I know this one ;)

NAF = name applied for
TAF = transfer applied for

or something along those lines :rolleyes:

And some dogs have ShCM on the ends of names :) .  This means Show Certificate of Merit - A dog gains this title when they win 25 points at open show level. 1 point for BOB and 5 points to be won in the group; a title designed to get ppl to enter more open shows ;) .

Gundogs are known as Sh.Ch's - Show Champions,
Full Champions have to have qualified in the field.  :) then can be known as Ch.'s
