Litter plans and safe arrivals board?

Hi, I noticed on the Genetics and Breeding intro it mentions a 'litter plans and safe arrivals board'.  Is this no longer active? We are thinking about adding to our family!

The litter plans and safe arrivals is rarely used because we don't allow people to advertise, so it tends just to be announcements an photos after the event and if all the puppies already have homes booked :D
