Kc registration lost

Hi all, went to find my kc reg and can't find a thing, I got the 5gen when I got my dog about 2 1/2 years ago but since lost it, can any one help
?

Is the kc reg in your name or the breeders name ? if its in your name you can e-mail or phone the Kennel Club and get a replacement ( have you got the kennel name and number ) if its in the breeders name you will have to contact the breeder so they can get a replacement then send it to you not sure how much it is ! hope this helps
