Likes and dislikes:
Max has adorable, teddy bear looks and we will get lots of enquiries about him as a result. However, we need people to see beyond his film star good looks to the sensitive dog underneath and be committed to working on his worries.
Type of home needed:
Max struggles with change and will need a patient new owner who is able to come to see him a number of times and help him bond before going to his new home. He is a lively and active dog who loves nothing better than being out on walks to explore new places (he is especially happy if he finds a stream to splash in!)
More about me:
Max needs to live in an adult only home, he also has the potential to live with another dog in his new home. Given time to settle in and lots of peace and quiet Max will soon blossom into a wonderful companion.
