Issy is a lovely, good natured 7 year old Cocker Spaniel. She has an excellent temperament and is good with children, other dogs and cats. She is very affectionate and loves to be around people.
Issy has already been spayed. Generally she is in good health but she does suffer from dry eyes syndrome and a skin condition. The dry eye condition means her tear glands are not working correctly - she has had surgery to help this condition, but requires eye drops to help lubricate her eyes. Currently Optrex eye drops are used. Issy's owner has said that long-term it will result in the loss of her sight. Issy has a special shampoo which is used once a week to help her dry flaky skin condition - this is about £20-£30 per bottle and lasts for around 10 weeks.
Issy is looking for a new home sadly due to a family break up. They have said they will miss her terribly as she is a fantastic little dog.
