Just a little update on Charlie!   :D

After howling the first night (unfortunately it was Christmas Eve so we were more than a little bleary eyed on Christmas Day!) Charlie has settled in great.

He was very pleased with his Christmas Dinner with my two yesterday and we even managed to get to Pets at Home to make sure he had a present under the tree from Santa Paws!!!   ;)

We took them all to the beach this morning and Charlie had a ball! Woody was slightly apprehensive as it was his first peek at the big blue sea but Charlie and Daisy ran around like lunatics!!

He would really and truly make someone such a good companion and if we keep exercising him with Daisy he will be far more streamlined than when he arrived too!!

Any update on Charlie?  Hubby and I have decided we definately want a companion for Piper, and us too of course, and a rescue cocker might just fit the bill.  Our last cocker wasn't too fond of other dogs so we had to have just her on her own.  Piper now is looking for a bit of company and loves playing on the beach or in the bracken on the moor and tumbles around with other dogs and then hates to be called back to go home!
