hi again guys, he is tall for a working cocker, he is defo not collie but poss a touch of welsh springer as they are leaner than the english ! i have had someone come to see him who has had and known the breed for over 20years ! billy is interested in cats that run but a doggy safe cat wouldnt be to much of a prob so long as they told him who would be boss. he would be distracted by bunnies and small furries i`m afraid .
as for other dogs, he really doesnt care who they are, if they are laid back he says ok fine i wont bother you too much , but anything up for a good game will be there for hours !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he is fabby, just needs the right home and direction/training and something to do i.e flyball, agility etc or just plain obediance !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he will make someone a fab dog but initially it will be hard work for a short time. he does some basics here to fit in with house rules but i am not imprinting anything on him as i dont want him to get confussed with a new owner who will have him for life xxxxxxxx
