Jethro did not enjoy his walk and i ended up carrying for half of it and he is blooming heavy at 15kg!! I think I'm going to need a cattle farm for all this steak  :005:

Awwwww sounds like he is doing well. 😃 Willow was starving with the steroids and when we gave her treats we had to count our fingers afterwards  :005:

yep definite finger counting here  :005:! We are braving a trip down to my parents tonight for the weekend. It will give us a change of scenery and i think hoomans and dogs will be pleased to see Jethro. Haven't been down since Christmas. I wonder if i can talk my mum into the morning drug round so we can have a lay in?  ph34r

had a lovely weekend and jethro enjoyed himself, wasn't so keen on not been allowed to run round the garden for hours. going to try a short beach walk today.

pleased that we seem to still be improving.

Pleased he's progressing well

I was told the steroids can deplete their muscle mass so I can imagine its hard for him at the moment especially as he was so unwell recently

Just an update after the vets today, his bloods have dropped back down to 35% again from 38%. Vets upped his steroids back to the slightly over max dose. He's not too worried as thinks he's just not coped with dropping them down 2 weeks ago. Was saying its a shame we don't have a healthy base line level to go off.

He's still very happy in him self.

Just a small set back, he's a real little fighter and with his increased  steroids hopefully things will be back on the right track  :luv:
