Mikey's Tooth

I noticed this afternoon that Mikey had a brown mark on one of his big back teeth.  When I had a look I noticed that he's actually chipped the side off of it.  He's 9 months so obviously his teeth are his grown up ones now but does anyone know if this should be looked at by the vet or is it OK to leave.

It's not affecting him at all, he's chewing and eating as normal.
