Hello everyone,
I'm called Paul and with my wife Gill we have a little terror/darling/god he can be a nuicence 1 year old called Smudge.
He is a Tri colour and we got him last January 2003. He comes from Wales , the breeder a Mrs Berriman is in Carmarthenshire , sire- Billy Jean KIng and the dam - My Baby Doll.
I have always wanted a dog all my life , I'm 53 now and last year we went with my daughter and grandson to help them buy a Springer Spaniel.
Unfortunatly I was left to wander around the rest of thestalls where I happened on the owner who was clearing out 3 puppies from one of the stalls.
They were 3 different breeds who had been put together for company and two of them had just been bought.
She must have seen the look in my eye as this poor little bundle was left in there on his own.
She asked me to hold him while she opened up another stall to put him in. That was it , he looked into my eyes , I was lost..............
I walked into the showroom where the rest of the family was and all they could see was two little eyes and a nose sticking out of my coat.
My wife just said .... ' oh god ' and my grandson said nice one grandad.
It has actually worked very well as both dogs spend the day together during the week starting the day off with a long walk on the nearby meadows with me before work and my daughter then walks them after teaching , ( very good for her as she has cystic fibrosis )
I haven't seen many tri-colours around till I saw the photo on the home page when I logged in today .
We've not been to obediance classes yet as he seems to respond well to most commands but as always he's exubriant at the best of times.
I will try and post a photo tomorrow of him.
I have not gone through all of the site yet but it looks good.
