Must be something in the air :D  We are also preparing ourselves for the arrival of cocker 2  :D hopefully some time in the summer fingers crossed.

Kelly,

How did you go about introducing Jenni to Millie?? Other than his best pal Max, Billy has never had another dog in the house so not sure how he will react :?

I took Millie out into the garden, whilst Tristian brought Jeni into the house and put her on the floor, she trotted about a bit and after about 5 minutes I came in with Millie .. who promptly bounced on poor Jenni scraing her half to death! Unfortunately though Mil is so excitable when it comes to meeting other dogs  :? we're hoping having another dog around constantly will subdue her need to launch herself at other dogs when we meet them .. although it could (and probably will!) go the other way and we'll end up with 2 hysterical cockers .. but its all part of the fun ain't it ??    :D

Probably LOL. Ruby forgot some of her trainng when Wilf came along and decided that if he could do it (even though he didn't know better) she could do it (even though she did know better). Now they're like a 2-dog crime wave when they are out!

I was quite lucky with this as having his own wee pal certainly helped stop Vegas running after every dog he saw so he would have someone to play with. He still does it now and again(esp if its a golden retriever!!) but he comes back first time of asking and carries on playing with Dallas. He still plays with lots of different dogs that we meet on our walks but only once he's been invited  No more gatecrashing for him!!

Hope it works for you too
