Please tell everyone of the pit falls of buying from a puppy farm or a pet shop !!!

Its all very Sad over at NESSR, were waiting for news from the vets on how the girls are. Please cross your fingers for the girls...

That's dreadful.  Why, oh why can't anyting be done about puppy farmers?  They should be locked up for allowing their dogs to get into this kind of state & the worst thing is, for each one lucky enough to find their way to a decent rescue centre, how many others are not so lucky?  Why is animal neglect/cruelty not punished severely enough?  

I so hope they both come through OK & find loving forever homes.
