Barley has had an off-the-floor bed for a few years now - we got it one September at Blenheim Horse Trials and I think it is a Waggers one (well, the duvet-thingy that goes on top is Waggers, and it was from the same stand!) When Bramble graduated from a cardboard box
or should I say boxes
I got him an ordinary oval plastic one with the cut-away front, but both dogs sleep in both beds and don't seem to have a preference! The Waggers bed allows them to sprawl out more but I guess the other one is more snuggly .... The Waggers bed is also handy since it has four legs about 4 inches tall, so I can get it under the kitchen table across the pedestal, which I wouldn't be able to with a flat-bottomed bed.
