Title: Found - Tri Colour??

This lovely dog has been found Ramsden Heath (Essex) on 14th April. Microchipped but it's not been registered  :016: The owner needs to contact Chelmsford City Council to claim. (posted 15th April)

He/she is currently with Wallace Kennels, Essex.
