Spaniel Owner - Wanting a new baby
« on: December 02, 2012, 08:24:36 PM »
Hello - after many years of happiness with my baby girl Meggan, blue roan cocker spaniel, unfortunately she lost her battle to Lupus age 10yrs coming 3yrs this month.
My husband has a small working springer and labrador for shooting and we also have a cavalier/king charles cross, however I would now like to give a home to a rescue little girl, giving her love and the home she so rightly deserves.
So heres hoping that I can either find this little girl on here or be pointed in the right direction

Hello and welcome  :D

I'm sorry to hear about Meggan. If you take a look at the rescues board on here someone may be able to help you in your search. Or you could try www.dogsblog.com which collates information on dogs looking for new homes from over 300 rescue centres in the uk.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

As the previous poster said, there is a rescue page on here.

Caessr is a specialist rescue for cockers and springers, based in Stoke and Many Tears, who we have just rescued a cocker from is in South Wales. There is also NESSR
