Eek, marked all topics as read by mistake

Ive accidentally marked all topics as read which means nothing is coming up on unread posts. Is there a way to mark everything as unread again?

Not sure if you have it sorted by now - but how about clicking 'Show unread posts since last visit' - next to your avatar - would that help?
