I wondered whether you would get more help from a homeopathic vet who could advise on natural supplements too?  At least you might get an unbiased view on food?

I think Just Food For Dogs has a service to customize food recipes. I use the Do It Yourself recipes, nutrition powder and omega oils from them.  My dog has done well on it. It is run by nutritionists and their customer service is top notch. They have a store, but also are online. Good luck and I'm very sorry about your dog.
