It's groom for puppy

My cocker is nearly 15 weeks old and getting very fluffy legs. When should I book him in for grooming

To be honest we took Bailey to a groomers at about 15 weeks and asked them to just tidy him up a little but only with scissors (just a little trim). We did this as it did tidy him up, but it also gave him the experience of going to a groomers. Which I think now helps as they say he is perfectly behaved when there.
