How many PM's can we keep in our inbox, and can we archive them, like we used to? I see there is an option to "prune" - but does that delete them?

I'm not sure how many you can keep - but it's a more than adequate number

The prune option allows you delete those over a certain number of days etc old. You get to set the time span

There is no limit on the amount of personal messages you can keep. Therefore good housekeeping is vital to keep the database streamlined, I recommend going through them on a weekly basis to delete any unwanted messages.
If the system becomes clogged we may introduce an upper limit on PM's in the future.
