Troy had a home with a lovely family but one member of the family developed a severe allergy to the lovely fella.  He's lucky in the fact he didn't spend a lot of time in a rescue and was re-homed straight from his previous home to ours.  He's a little bit homesick I think as he hasn't touched his food yet.  I hope he'll eat soon.   :'(  Apart from the food issue, he's settling rather quickly, he keeps following me everywhere and wagging his little tail!!

We rescued a springer under similar circumstances. She was quite distressed for the first couple of days and we had to watch she didn't go shooting out the back gate or over the 6 foot fence (she tried! :luv: ). After about a week and lots of walks (initially on a long line) she was fine.

It's nice to know you have saved him having the uneccessary additional stress of kennels before he came to you. Look forward to hearing all about his exploits and as many piccies as you like!

We have Orange roan Jasper and Blue roan Louie, And gosh, Troy's so alike our Jasper. Do you know anything about his breeding?

I have Einstein, Troy's litter brother (they look like twins!).  You say Troy is well behaved.... well if you want to swop with the devil Einstein let me know (only joking!)  Einstein is very cheeky but we wouldn't have him any other way!  If he is anything like Einstein he'll soon be covering you in lots of sloppy kisses!
