As for laid back; even our vet has never met a springer so laid back, I guess he really is my OH's dog as he is very laid back also  :005: Paddy is also very much a gently giant, very kind natured and calm, aw bless him  :blink:

Welcome to COL.  I also have a working cocker 8y/o and a springer 11y/o.  Lovely pictures I see Milly has the same top knot that my charlie has on her head a bit like a gremlin.  Well o/h makes it stand up before he clips it and he does look a bit like a gremlin (Charlie I mean not OH)

Hi Cath, welcome - I can echo that this forum is very addictive - but it is wonderful full of loads of advice, and also non cocker stuff too for us to discuss and share. 

Your two look lovely and I am pleased they are getting along.  We have Fern, English (non)Working Cocker, and she is 2 yrs and 2 months.
